Back The Plaque is the consumer advocacy effort that exists to encourage consumers to patronize companies that have been endorsed as Disabilities At Work businesses.
Disabilities At Work, a national initiative, aims to acknowledge and reward businesses that support people with disabilities, and encourages those who don't to do so.
Disabilities At Work uses a visible symbol – a unique logo that can be prominently displayed on wall plaques, window decals, websites, and products – to identify businesses that support people with disabilities. This focal point will allow people with disabilities, their families, friends and supporters, who control more than $200 billion in disposable income, to patronize businesses that display the Disabilities At Work logo. Those businesses, in turn, will benefit from an increased customer base.

Back The Plaque is a program established and managed by the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization.
